Visited with our work team and spent a night at their cottage. Poor service from the management. Their promise before the booking and the hospitality during the stay was huge different. Still a great place to chill and stay. But arrange your own food and never depend on them for food as well as other services.
A complete disappointment. The food was bland, far from what the menu promised. Service was incredibly slow, with a lazy staff that made the experience even worse. The place was filthy, with sticky tables and an unwelcoming ambiance that felt loud and chaotic. To top it off, it was overpriced for such mediocre quality. Definitely not worth it.
Good place to go with friends and family to spend the holiday. The resort is really well structure with bamboo even the room are clean. You all also get all service from there no worries go see and feel the vibes of the beach river and cool forest scene fresh air.

Scenic beauty is there. But the food was not to expectation level. We waited for more than 1 hour for the ordered food. Maybe because of weekend, but still that much time should not be taken.
