While I didn't find much of an issue in the servicing or customer engagement, I would like to point out towards the lack of details of the thermal paste that the shop applies.
Though I didn't ask for a revision to what thermal paste does for the heat-sink and CPU, I got it for free which I didn't interrupt in between because he was too kind.
Finally when I got him to provide details on what thermal paste he applies, it was the "thermal paste is thermal paste" answer, which was the point where he lost me completely.
I would like to stress on the brand & quality of thermal paste that is applied because that alone matters a lot on the performance and reliability of my laptop.
I hope the shop will prioritize using high-quality thermal paste and be more forthcoming about their choices in the future. Small details like this can greatly influence customer trust, which is the case for my 3-star review

I had gone to Stronics Chiptech Laptop service center on 26th February 2024 to get my Laptop repaired, the behaviour of the owner was good and I got my laptop repaired on the same day.
On 26th February 2024 I also purchased a new crucial 500 GB BX500 2.5 SSD SATA from Stronics Chiptech Laptop service center to upgrade my laptop from an HDD to an SSD and got my laptop upgraded from an HDD to an SSD at Stronics Chiptech Laptop service center itself on 26th February 2024.
On 26th February 2024 I also purchased a 2.5 inch SATA USB2.0 Hard Drive Enclosure from Stronics Chiptech Laptop service center.

I heard about Stronics Chipset Repair Centre which was suggested to me by my friend as a excellent laptop repair centre. I had gone there on 24th December 2024 with my hp pavilion dv6 notebook laptop with some abnormal motherboard and battery issues. I got the service as expected. They treated me very well and the owner's behaviour was truely appreciable. I got my laptop repaired within 2 days along with a new battery. In my opinion the price was a little more but after the repair the price was totally worth it because they used their valuable time to repair my laptop and I hope they did their job perfectly as I haven't yet fully used the laptop till now. If the laptop appears to be perfectly well I would surely like to upgrade the HDD drive to SSD which they recommended to me so as to upgrade the windows version. Loved their service and I would like to hang out some more laptops to be repaired to them as they treat their customers very well and understand their needs. THAT'S WHY, I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE AND GIVE THEM A WELL-DESERVED 5 -STAR RATING FOR THEIR WONDERFUL WORK. 👍👍
