I had a very bad experience with E-Tech Services. They charged me ₹3,000 to repair my laptop and promised to finish in 2-3 days, but after three days, the work was only half done. They asked for ₹5,000 more for missing parts, which we negotiated to ₹4,000, and still said it would take another week.
I canceled the repair, but they said my laptop was in Paltan Bazar, not at their shop. When I finally got it back, some parts, including screws, were missing.
E-Tech Services is unreliable and overcharges customers. They act as middlemen and waste your time. Go directly to Paltan Bazar or Fancy Market for faster and cheaper repairs.
