I recently visited this farm with my family and had a great experience. Although the location is remote, the road connectivity is good, with only the last 2 km being a bit rough. The farm offers ample parking space for about 7-8 small cars, and the overall area is well-maintained and clean.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy, such as carrot boards, a small football ground, basketball, and badminton. Fishing and boating are also available. The kids especially loved the bird cage and ducks on the farm. The swimming pool, though small, can accommodate 7-8 people at a time, and there's a baby pool as well. However, the pool water had a high chlorine content, and it's not a running water pool. Additionally, there was no designated area for spitting near the pool, which would have been helpful.
The entrance fee is reasonable at ₹100 per person, with free entry for children under 5. The pool costs ₹200 per person per hour. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience, and I look forward to visiting again.

Overpriced.
Booked the pool house for 10k.
We got only ONE room to stay, a small pool with excess chlorine, one billiards room and no kitchen.
If you want to cook (like duh!! Why wouldn't we cook when we've booked for a stay over), you have to pay extra @1500 for a kitchen outside of the pool house, plus pay extra for the firewood and utensils.
In their ads they allowed 20 people for the pool house, so how can 20 people fit in one room with just ONE bed? Where's the logic???
Overall unsatisfied experience and a very overpriced stay.
You can get many places to stay at 10k with kitchen and two beds along with the pool.
Or choose any for 12k and get overall at one place and don't have to cook outside.

Bamon Farms: A Rider's Paradise in Umsning
Nestled amidst the picturesque hills of Umsning, Meghalaya, Bamon Farms is a true haven for motorcycle enthusiasts. We had the privilege of visiting this stunning location as part of the One Ride 2024 event, a gathering of over 150 Royal Enfield riders from Guwahati and Shillong.
The journey to Bamon Farms was an adventure in itself. The winding roads leading up to the farms offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. While the roads were in good condition for the most part, there were a few rough patches that added to the thrill of the ride.
Upon arriving at Bamon Farms, we were greeted by a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The farm is beautifully landscaped, with lush green lawns, towering trees, and a sparkling swimming pool. The views from the property are simply breathtaking, with rolling hills and lush valleys as far as the eye can see.
The food at Bamon Farms is decent, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. While it may not be the most gourmet experience, it's more than enough to fuel you up for your adventures.
One of the highlights of our visit to Bamon Farms was the opportunity to interact with other like-minded motorcycle enthusiasts. The One Ride event brought together riders from all walks of life, and it was inspiring to see the camaraderie and passion that united them.
If you're a Royal Enfield rider looking for a memorable experience, Bamon Farms is a must-visit destination. The combination of stunning scenery, excellent facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, and connect with other riders.
