I went there for ODC. via Pragati Edutech. We are 15 people worked for Birthday celebrations.we served foods,drinks etc. in the Banquet hall I served Dal Bati Churma. Elderly people and beautiful girl complement me for explaining them what the dishes. I also served gajar ka halwa to a very beautiful couple. All in all experience was good but my feet hurts so much.

The location was great, the decor the ambience was also pleasant but the food was a bit over priced and not upto the mark if compared with the price. The paneer gravy and the chicken gravy were decent but bit too tangy but the naan, the ice creams and the lime soda were pretty good. The lime soda was trying refreshing and the ice creams were delicious. The staff was very polite and friendly.

There are many visitors here who might have a good experiences here but for me it was a utter disappointment. The open restaurant is one such place. We ordered our starter and waited for almost an hour only to have cold food. Above these was their unavailability of proper platter and hospitality..After repeated request the platters /spoons arrived almost 30 mins later when our food already have gone cold. We left To sum up it was worst a part to even pay the bill. We complained to the management and our issues were taken care of but still wasted time and came back with spoilt mood

They need to learn a lot about hospitality and soft-skill. Management, managers and reception staff should take some professional help on soft-skill. While the housekeeping and security staff are exceptionally good at their job, the reception staff do not know how to behave in a civilised manner.
Taste of food is pathetic, especially the Indian Cuisines.
Call up hotel in advance to reconfirm your reservation to avoid last minute disappointment. They have history of last minute cancellation from their side.
