Oh, this hotel is amazing! We stayed here on December 13, 2024. The hotel is very safe, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. The location is fantastic—it’s right next to Eco Park. The parking area is incredibly spacious, and the food is delicious. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the staff is extremely polite and helpful. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Cherrapunji.

Initially felt this resort was good but post evening after guests arrived the real pain starts.
There was no proper noice cancellation in rooms or corridor. Had trouble sleeping as the other guests outside our room were conversing loudly.
Only advantage I felt was that this property is located close to Eco park garden which has got a good view and some play area for kids.
Service was ok.
Overall I had a bad experience here due to bad sleep for reasons stated above.

Okayish resort, not much to do around as it's situated far from activity. Rooms are clean and good. Service could be better.

We booked this hotel on the basis of the review given in google but much to my surprise the rooms which we were shown when we did the advance booking did not match. Secondly there was a construction going right in front of our room which made a lot of noise and discomfort for us. It was difficult for my wife to be seated on the balcony as there were masons working at 6:30 pm. We were not informed regarding the same. The family room which we booked did not have basic amenities. They charged rs 5500 but the room was not well lit, a broken electric kettle was provided. No coffee, tea bags or cups were provided. When we asked whether it will be provided later they clearly said no. We booked this place a month prior to our visit but we were given an extreme right sided room with no view. When we asked for at least a 500 rs refund the lady receptionist was rude enough to say no. At least they could have been a little honest while showing the picture of the room. We booked the room for 2 days in total ₹11000 but the room was not even worth a penny . It was really a disheartening experience and definitely won't recommend anyone to stay here.

Calm and quiet location, adjacent eco park is a special attraction for children. The room and service are quite good. Mawsmai Cave, Seven Sister Falls are very close to this place।
