Hotel is mediocre in overall quality. There is still lot of room for improvement in regard to cooking, room quality and overall customer care and support. Your claim does not tally with your services. Reception staff is of very cold attitude which puts off visitors immediately. My suggestion is you have on hand experience on how 3-Star (as you claim yourself to be much to my dismay) and improve your service quality if you want visitors to repeat their stays at your place.

Rooms are well furnished but need to be checked on regularly basis. TV is not working during my staying at hotel I inform personally at reception they send someone to check the connection but problem was not solved . On last day check out time I inform to reception TV is not working during my stays they said we don’t know the information about this . I request to owner kindly focus on daily maintenance service need to be strengthens. Request to owner hotel contact number should be available for 24*7 during night time no one pick up the call. Thanks 🙏

Rooms are good you can have enough space in rooms, their food service is not up to mark in terms of room service and taste also that can be improved, staff is helpful and polite they try to be helpful. Location is near to paltan bazar and less traffic area so you can find peaceful atmosphere here but the view from the rooms are not that good overall a good hotel to stay if you come for work or other purpose not good for your relaxation or vacation time.

Had a family get-together here. Amazing service, amazing food catering, amazing management. They made sure that we never fall short of anything. Surely an amazing experience

It's an awesome hotel to stay at Ghy. The only set back is it's room service. It's the worst. Takes more than 45 minutes for one single order
