The hotel is relatively new. It is in a great location. View from our balcony was beautiful.

2. Deducted one star for the location as there is no restaurants nearby so one has to eat from the hotel's restaurant. They added cheese in most dishes and it was extremelt oily.

The hotel presents a Benchmark for others that how's treat to your costomers and how welcome them.
Everything was great I were travelling with my family, when I stayed here.
Room service was only away a call, polite and well behaved staff.

Spacious rooms with high value fittings but the quality is craftsmanship is very poor. Room was not clean - cobwebs, dead insects, etc. Food and service was good. Ample space for parking. Away from the city center and hence quiet.

This is the most avoidable hotel ever I experienced during my entire family tour of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya. Building construction, bathroom and it's internal layout appears to be against the principles of architecture. In a bath room, if one tends to bend the body forward, head will strike with the water tape. Design of the bathroom is so bad that one will feel cramping in inside. Curtains are stitched of shorter size. Therefore they couldn't overlap each other and couldn't close the windows perfectly resulting into Privacy of the guests at risk. Complimentary breakfast they served as per the CP plan did portray and exhibit their clear attitude as oblidging the guests. Attempted to serve everything in curtailed quantity. Initially they asked to pay for coffee. However covered under the CP plan after we argued out . That too single single cup of coffee was served when asked to provide 4 cup coffee. Chutney of Dosa they attempted to serve in a very small quantity in a dish instead of keeping an entire bowl outside on a service table. The staff engaged in services at the reception counter appeared to be untrained and the staff of kitchen appeared to be fully trained to save food expenses. Despite informing the reception counter well in advance with specific instructions to prepare 100% pure jain food, sandwich was served containing CARROT.
Absolutely avoidable to book this hotel by anyone.

An excellent Hotel to stay in Cherrapunji (Sohra). We stayed here for one night. Staff is very courteous and caring. Rooms are clean. Food and tea are very tasty.
Food is made to order. Very fresh, hot, tasty. Being senior citizens we ordered non spicy food and it was to our satisfaction. The manager and other staff are very good.
Very quiet place with good views.
We recommend this Hotel.
