As someone who loves exploring hidden gems, I had high hopes for Panacea - The Village Resort. Sadly, the experience was disappointing from the start. The staff seemed disinterested, and we waited over 30 minutes for someone to attend to us, but no one came. Even the menu was elusive!
The resort itself lacks the charm you’d expect from a place marketed as a peaceful village retreat. Many activities were non-functional, and the overall maintenance left much to be desired. The restaurant felt damp, with unhygienic conditions and non-working ACs. The food was bland and failed to meet basic expectations.
Adding to the frustration, the atmosphere was far from relaxing due to loud music and an unresponsive management team. Cleanliness and customer service, two essential aspects of any good resort, were glaringly absent. If you're considering visiting, be aware there’s no public transport, so you'll need your own vehicle or rented one.
In a nutshell, Panacea has potential but falls drastically short in execution. I hope they take feedback seriously and turn things around because, as of now, it’s not worth the time or money.

Went for the New Year Eve party. Located inside a village, ample parking space. The infrastructure and service was good. Food was average. Costing is reasonable.
However the let down was the music and DJ. They brought a local DJ who doesn't know how to merge 2 different songs. Stops and plays songs abruptly just like playing on YouTube. The choice of music differs from people to people so won't comment on that but no announcement on the mike by DJ or emcee for the New Year party or no exciting countdown. No interaction with the guests whatsoever.
Water in washroom ran out in the morning. Else then that, the place is a good place to relax in a natural settings. Hope they improve in coming events.

Don't waste your valuable time by visiting this place.
Their staff is not welcoming at all. We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to attend to us, but no one even came.
Besides this, the place is not properly taken care of. Most activities are closed or non-operating. I was totally disappointed with this place.

Very much disappointed as the roaming areas were quite untidy. Maintenance is zero. When I visited all rides and activities were shut down due to non availability of the operating person. But they didn't informed at the starting. This is utter unprofessionalism. I came from 60+ km and aiming to spend some quality time but we have wasted our valuable time. Food prices were also very high.

Bad place, horrible experience, the staff is hostile and not welcoming. We went there waited for more than half an hour, even called for waiters once in a while. But didn't even get the menu. The place is not well maintained. The "activities" have been closed for months. And literally the worse place to go to. Wasted my time.
