Bought a water filter which was incorrectly installed and when I requested to rectify it, they insisted that i pay the technician service fee...that too on the first day. It's the responsibility of the shop to ensure that the product is installed properly. Such a sorry excuse for a home appliances shop. Even the products in stock are from 1 year back. Terrible experience

Bad experience for me, the sales boy cheated me, charged 3 times the price for a spare washing machine hose pipe. When I contacted the Samsung service centre they said to return the product. Luckily the owner was decent enough to return my money.
