Best place to stay in Guwahati! The difference b/w this and other hotels is their "Staff" The staff are very efficient. Almost all the staff here shows the best hospitality and treat guests with great respect and kindness. Anything you ask, you will get a swift response. Only downside is the loud parties till early mornings, especially when you try to sleep, the noise wakes you up.
Other than that, it is nice package!

It's one of the newly constructed 4 star hotels situated in the Guwahati beltola area. The hotel looks awesome and the presence is great. The staff is very polite and the area is very spacious.Went there for my friends wedding where in the food section the starters were excellent but in the main course this hotel lacks taste. It feels like something is missing on the plate. They have the potential to do better hope in my next visit it will be better.

A luxurious and a boutique 4 star hotel located near Basistha Chariali in centre of Guwahati. The hotel rooms are huge and massive and very polished and decked. It has all the modern day utilities and amenities that is expected of a 4 or 5 star properties. The stay is definitely a comfortable one. However, the prices are a bit on the higher side as compared to other similar properties. The best aspect of the hotel is their cafe and restaurant. The restaurant cum bar is immensely huge and has a very large seating capacity that can be a good comparison with a banquet. The food is awesome and some of the delicacies would want you to repeat. However, the quantity or portion is seemingly less as compared to the high prices. But the presentation and the service of the staff is exemplary. Almost all kinds of dishes are prepared and served. Buffet Lunch and dinner options are available in the weekends. The place is a must try for travellers, family trips and corporates as well. It is highly recommended to at least visit and try the restaurant for its ambience and experience.

Excellent hotel in Guwahati. The staffs are polite and humble. Hospitality is best. Rooms are not spacious but good. Luxury at the best. Has a roof top pool. But most of the time pool side is occupied with pool parties. Food is awesome. I would especially suggest mutton ghee roast and tandoori items.

Have you ever been to a new place where there are no signboards, no police present? You decide to move further, and then suddenly, out of nowhere, a police officer comes out from hiding in the bushes and tells you that you've been fined because this is a one-way street. The same thing happened to me at this hotel. According to the plan I chose, I was eligible for both breakfast and dinner, but they charged me for dinner, citing random rules—like you can have chicken, but mutton is chargeable; chicken curry is acceptable, but chicken as a starter is not.
I find this behavior to be extremely cheap, especially from a hotel where the price difference between the two is only 50-150 rupees. We pay close to 6-8K for this hotel, and for a paltry 200 rupees, they show such pettiness. Now, if they have these kinds of arbitrary rules, isn’t it the management’s job to inform guests about them? They didn't inform me, and I’m sure the staff have some sales target to meet. When they can't meet these targets, they resort to such cheap methods. I've stayed at this hotel before at least 4-5 times, and this never happened.
I checked out at the end of the month, and I'm certain they were missing some sales target and resorted to these tactics. My stay was for three nights, and I only ordered dinner twice. They knew I was a regular customer and still charged me for the entire meal, voiding my dinner plans. If this can happen to me, imagine what could happen to a first-time traveler at this hotel. They don't treat you as a guest, they treat you as prey.
I rarely give bad reviews, but this one deserves it.
