Just near the Umiam lake. The location is amazing. You can enjoy a meal with the view of the lake. Very clean. Staff is polite and helpful. We tried both chicken and pork. However chicken turned out to be better. But burnt garlic chicken fried rice topped it all. Do try it!

Food was excellent. Ambiance was good, due to the effect of climate change, restaurant was dead hot during the day in the month of January on the bank of Umiam Lake. But enjoyed the fish fingers, hakka noodles, Lemonade and Pork curry (without fat, only red meat). Hats off to the Chef and waitresses for serving the pork as we expected from them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rishatsngi Resort
for 4 days, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.
The accommodations were stunning—our cottage had breath taking views of the hills and greenery. The cottages had vintage vibe with modern touch. They were very spacious and comfortable. The resort is well maintained and will be loved by any nature loving person.
The on-site restaurants provided delicious meals, showcasing both local flavours and international cuisine. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet; it’s a feast!
The location is perfect, with a great view of Umiam Lake.
Overall, Rishatsngi Resort exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this resort has it all. I can’t wait to return!

The location is beautiful, however the service is extremely slow. We had to wait more than an hour for food to arrive after ordering. Interestingly the delay did not seem unusual to them! The food did not do the justice, it was less than average.
Overall, a great view which you can watch from outside. I may not be visiting the restaurant again.

Stopped for lunch at the Resort's restaurant. Ambience was cosy and the views was amazing. Service was good too. They made hakka noodles without onion garlic as per our request.
Food was okay, except for the lemon coriander fish, which had no salt and no lemony taste and very less fish inside the coating.
