These guys are legit. Extremely knowledgeable and they do superb work. I had a completely dead ROG G14 (2021) that they repaired and did a flawless job. The PCB looks pristine after the repairs and performance is unchanged thanks to their use of a really good thermal compound.

I recently repaired my Acer Predator laptop here, my laptop was not turning on, where in other service centres they simply said there is a battery issue without even checking here they diagnosed the laptop properly and found out that there was a problem with the keyboard and a connector of the battery with just had become loose. I had to replace the keyboard but did not change anything else. I will highly recommend this place if your laptop is out of warranty as in my experience most of the other centres just want to replace amy part without damage.

Best computer repair shop in Guwahati. Period. Unlike Datamation, they don't cheat their customers over trivial issues. Fast, efficient and very well mannered professionals. Fixed 3 devices in the past two months at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended for students or people who want to fix their out-of-warranty devices without breaking the bank.

I am compelled to share the nightmarish experience I had with Sublime Infotech, as it was nothing short of a complete disaster. My MacBook Pro was handed over to them in good faith, with a clear list of the issues that needed to be fixed. Little did I know that this decision would lead to more than 20 days of frustration and disappointment.
Throughout the entire ordeal, it was me who had to initiate contact with them for updates on the progress of my device. They never once bothered to inform me of any delays or complications. Each time I inquired, they shamelessly shifted blame and pointed fingers at one another. It was a constant game of passing the buck, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant as a customer.
To add insult to injury, when I finally went to collect my MacBook Pro, it was an absolute mess. Not only had they failed to address the original issues I had reported, but some parts were missing entirely. It was clear that they hadn't put in the required effort or care during the repair process. The excuse they provided was that certain parts had to be ordered from Delhi, which took ages to reach Guwahati in this day and age.
After wasting more than three weeks of my time, the person in charge of the repair had the audacity to inform me that the issues were too complex for them to fix. This revelation should have been made much earlier, sparing me the frustration and hopelessness I experienced during this ordeal.
I cannot stress enough how disappointed and appalled I am by the lack of professionalism and competency displayed by Sublime Infotech. Their ineptitude and disregard for customer satisfaction are truly disgraceful. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear and find a reputable laptop repair store that values its customers and takes pride in delivering quality service.
In conclusion, my encounter with Sublime Infotech was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The prolonged wait, constant excuses, lack of communication, and blatant neglect of my device have left me deeply unsatisfied and disillusioned with their services. I implore you to avoid this store at all costs, as the chances of a positive outcome are slim to none.
