    The hotel took extra Rs 400 at the time of check in....they are showing 1600 in oyo..this is such a fraud.dont ever book in this hotel.

    One of the worst property management. Fraud staff, whenever you book it from Oyo app and go for check-in they always ask extra money. And not give proper invoice, this property name is "Townhouse OAK Hi-City" but they give invoice on the name of "Uptown Hospitality" which is not valid for refund of extra money charged by property maneger during check-in. *Tips for getting refund of extra money charged by property manager during check-in. 1) Make booking via Oyo app, if possible also made payment through Oyo app only. 2) Now during check-in if the property manager ask extra money, first make a call on Oyo customer care and inform the senario 3) Customer care will try to solve the issue by talking to property maneger, probably property manager will not agree to manage without extra money. 4) Custumer care will ask you to property shifting, pls deny it and say i want this property only, I'll pay the extra amount to hotel, will give you invoice for refund. 5) Say property manager I'll pay extra money during checkout and do the check-in first. 6) During checkout Before paying extra money to property maneger make sure get the invoice on property name only with proper check-in and check-out date. *Here they will try to make you fool, they will give invoice on different property name, don't accept it. And say I'll pay only if you give me bill on this property name. Probably they will deny then you've to call customer care again. 7) Now either they will give you proper bill, or you can deny paying extra money. 8) You will get refund from Oyo company by sharing the proper bill of extra money charged by property manager during check-in. 9) if they don't give proper invoice call oyo customer and explain the issue, customer care will talk to property maneger they will verify about extra amount and then customer care will be agree to refund the extra money, Make sure to get everything on your mail from customer care during call.

    They charged wayy too extra....plus rude behavior....for the price the room price was too much...you'll get better deal at that price..

    As your app show another price....when we reach hotel they ask for another rate for the room. Very upsetting with price.Hotel manager set thier own price for room...they don't give any room in your shown price in app...My room price shown in Oyo app 1100 and hotel manager ask for 1800

    Worst experience ever. Booked a room online and paid full in advance. After reaching the property, the Gawaar receptionist asked for more money saying the prices shown in the OYO app are false. Making silly excuses like that seemed very rude and unprofessional. People coming from abroad, i had to reschedule everything in the middle of the night. They wouldn't even pick up calls from OYO when complaint
